音乐治疗在大学生心理健康教育中的应用研究

A Study on the Application of Music Therapy in College Students'Mental Health Education

音乐治疗这一具有前瞻性的心理治疗技术,近年来在我国的影响逐渐扩大。提出了在大学生心理健康教育领域中,音乐治疗具有可行性;音乐治疗以音乐为心灵的药物,帮助大学生抵御不良情绪的困扰,重建合理信念,易于被大学生接纳;有丰富可资借鉴音乐资源。探讨了音乐治疗方式:包括可进行接受式音乐治疗,再创造式音乐治疗,即兴演奏式音乐治疗等,分析了音乐治疗在高校心理健康教育中应用的注意事项,以期提供参考。

Music therapy,a prospective psychotherapy technique,has gradually expanded its influence in China in recent years.In the field of mental health education for college students,music therapy has obvious advantages.Firstly,it has good feasibility.Music therapy takes music as the medicine of the heart,which can help college students resist the trouble of bad emotions,rebuild reasonable beliefs,and be easily accepted by college students.There are abundant music resources for reference.Secondly,there are many ways of music therapy.It can be used for receiving music therapy,recreating music therapy,improvisational music therapy and so on,which are welcomed by many teachers and students.Music therapy is scientific,so it is necessary to evaluate the music therapy and improve the quality of music therapists,so as to achieve better effects of music therapy.
