摘要
指出了抛锚式翻转课堂是在翻转课堂的基础上融合了抛锚式教学的特点,是一种高效的教学模式。抛锚式翻转课堂已经应用到地理教学当中,并取得了良好的教学成效,但也面临着一些挑战。本文以高中地理抛锚式翻转课堂为研究对象,通过资料收集和文献查阅分析了高中地理抛锚式翻转课堂面临着教学范式“转型”与教师教学理念、教学流程“逆序”与教师知能结构和教学本义“回归”与教师专业角色冲突带来的挑战。提出了采取“翻转”思维,确立“学生中心”的教学理念、提升素养,筑建复合型知能结构和准确定位,重塑教师专业角色等对策来加以完善。
Anchored flipped classroom is an efficient teaching model based on the characteristics of anchored teaching.Anchored flipped classroom has been applied to geography teaching and has achieved good results,but it also faces some challenges.Based on anchored flipped classroom of high school geography as the research object,through data collection and literature review,it is found that the anchored flipped classroom of high school geography is facing the“transformation”of teaching paradigm,the teaching philosophy of teachers,the“reverse order”of teaching process,the structure of teachers'knowledge and ability and the original meaning of teaching.The challenges brought about by the conflict between“return”and teachers'professional roles can be countermeasures such as adopting“flipping”thinking,establishing a“student\|centered”teaching philosophy,improving literacy,building a composite knowledge structure and accurate positioning,and reshaping teachers'professional roles.
