应用型本科院校STEM教育人才培养模式的构建

摘要 教师是课程推进的主要力量,STEM教育的开展需要教师具有专业的STEM素养和开展STEM教学的能力。当前我国STEM教育师资的培养与西方国家相比有较大差距,STEM教育师资匮乏,缺少明确的STEM教育人才培养模式。结合常熟理工学院应用型本科院校的优势,充分利用学校自然学科门类多、工程技术发展快、交叉渗透复合化、师范教育积淀深、社会联动多元化的特点,可尝试构建一套STEM教育人才培养模式,以培养一批能从事21世纪所需基本素养或技能教育的师资。 Teachers are the main force to promote the curriculum.STEM education requires teachers to have professional STEM literacy and the ability to carry out STEM teaching.At present,there is a big gap in the training of STEM education teachers in China compared with Western countries.There is a shortage of STEM education teachers in China,and there is a lack of a clear model or blueprint for the training of STEM education talents.Combined with the advantages of our application-oriented undergraduate institute,making full use of many natural disciplines,rapid development of engineering technology,composite cross infiltration,the accumulation of normal education,social interaction and diversification,we try to construct a set of STEM education personnel training model in order to cultivate a number of teachers with basic literacy or skills-related education in the 21st century.
