疫情既是一场严峻的社会危机,也是一场深刻的公民责任考验。疫情防控中,我国公民的社会责任由被动履行转变为主动履行,由个体责任意识转变为集体责任意识,并在抗疫实践中深刻体现了我国公民勇于担责、舍己为人和众志成城的当代公民素养。疫情防控中,我国公民就人类跟自然的关系、疫情中涌现出来的社会榜样和我国优异的疫情防控成果进行了深刻的思考和自我教育,公民的社会责任意识进一步提高。勇于担责、舍己为人、众志成城已经深深嵌入我国公民社会责任意识之中,成为我国民族精神的一部分。

The epidemic is both a severe social crisis and a profound test of civic responsibility.In the epidemic situation,the social responsibility of Chinese citizens has changed from passive performance to active performance,from individual responsibility awareness to collective responsibility awareness,and from“responsibility awareness”to“responsibility practice”,which deeply reflects the courage of the citizens to take responsibility,self-denial,and the contemporary civic quality of unity.In the pandemic situation,Chinese citizens conducted deep thinking and self-education on the relationship between humans and nature,the social role models emerging from the pandemic situation and the country’s excellent pandemic prevention and control results,which has further enhanced the sense of social responsibility of citizens.The courage to take responsibility,self-denial,and a strong sense of unity have been deeply embedded in the citizens’sense of social responsibility,and become part of Chinese national spirit.
