坚持“以学生发展为中心”的课程理念,探索思想政治理论课实践教学设计原则及实施策略,实现高校学生对大学阶段核心素养培育的认知具象化、践行自觉化和高效化,是基于核心素养视角研究的根本所在。围绕核心素养培育目标,思想政治理论课实践教学的设计需坚持理论联系实际、双向互动和全程全方位育人的原则,具体实施策略则要注重强化部门协同、推进全员育人,打造育人平台、创设良好环境,加强顶层设计、创新考评机制,着力提升大学生核心素养培育的广度、深度及有效度,达到培养时代新人的最佳效果。

Based on the perspective of core literacy,the fundamental idea is to adhere to the curriculum concept of“taking student development as the center”,exploring the principles and implementation strategies of practical teaching of ideological and political theory courses,realizing the cognition,practice and efficient of college students’cognition of core competence in university.The focus on the cultivation goal of core literacy and the design of practical teaching of ideological and political theory courses need to conform to the principle of linking theory with practice,two-way interaction and full-time and all-round education.The specific implementation strategy should focus on strengthening departmental coordination,promoting all employees,creating a platform for educating people,creating a good environment,and strengthening the top-level design and innovation evaluation mechanism.In summary,we must focus on improving the breadth,depth and effectiveness of the cultivation of core literacy of college students in order to achieve the best results of cultivating new people in the era.
