摘要
四川省高校少数民族大学生的就业价值取向既有理性认知、务实态度、行动力强等积极性,也有跟风盲从、规划意识弱、就业意向保守求稳、就业地点略显单一等消极性。分析发现,经济社会发展程度、学校所处位置和综合办学能力、原生态家庭的养育观念和父母的受教育水平、学生个体的自身实力和自我认知等是影响四川省高校少数民族大学生就业价值取向的重要因素。对此,需要政府、高校、学生、家庭、社会协同联动,多措并举,更好地引导四川省高校少数民族大学生形成与时代变化、国家和社会发展战略需求、个人的现实诉求相一致的就业价值取向。
The positive aspects of employment orientation for minority nationality college students in Sichuan Province cover rational recognition,practical attitude and good execution while the negative aspects include blind conformity,weak planning awareness,conservative employment intention and similar occupations.After analyzing,it can be found that the degree of economic and social development,location and comprehensively educational capacity of the school,educational concept and educational level of parents in original families,ability and self-recognition of individual students are important influence factors of employment intention for minority nationality college students in Sichuan Province.This requires government,colleges,students,families and society to collaborate to optimize relevant approaches and take various measures simultaneously,which attains a better guidance to the employment intention conforming with times changing,demands of development strategy of our country and society,and personal reality needs for minority nationality college students in Sichuan Province.
