国内经济大循环视角下的“电商直播”

“内循环”的经济内涵,涵盖了供给侧结构性改革和国内需求侧刺激的完整循环,包含了更高水平对外开放的主张,是国内外双循环的主体部分。其中,国际开放经济体系下的国内需求刺激,是当前经济发展的出发点和落脚点。考虑到现阶段收入消费组成及生活方式的改变,中低消费的刺激成为关键。而“电商直播”正是刺激这一需求的有效手段,其能够同时满足新时期的消费风险厌恶、休闲娱乐和身份认同需求,且在时间顺序和影响层次上形成了较强的互补,使得“电商直播”对中低消费需求的刺激得到进一步加强。但这一新经济业态也存在不足,需要加强产业政策扶持、法律规范以及宏观指导,以增强“电商直播”对“内循环”的促进作用。

the economic content of China’s“internal circulation”includes a structural reform of the supply side and a stimulation of the domestic demands,and is therefore a complete circulation.It also implies a request for greater efforts for opening-up to the outside,thus constituting the main part of the“double circulation”(internal circulation and international circulation).The stimulation of domestic demands in an open international economic context is the point of departure as well as the destination of the current economic development.Considering the current income-consumption ratio and the change of people’s way of life,more efforts should be made to stimulate the lower-level and middlelevel consumption.“live-streaming”is an effective means to achieve this end,for it can not only satisfy the consumers’needs for minimizing risks in consumption,leisure-making and entertainment,and for recognition of identity all at the same time,but also fill up the gaps of time and space.But“live-streaming”also has short-comings of its own.There is a need for policies to be made in support of its development,regulations to be stipulated for standardizing its operation,and macroscopic control to be exercised to ensure its healthy growth,in order to allow it to play a more positive role in the“internal circulation”.
