聚丙烯纤维对聚合物水泥防水浆料的性能改善研究

摘要 以花岗岩废渣为填料,伴以水泥及苯丙乳液制备聚合物水泥防水浆料,并将聚丙烯纤维作为增强材料掺入浆料中,研究不同掺入量的聚丙烯纤维对浆料力学性能、抗渗性能及粘结性能的影响。结果表明:掺入量为0.3%~0.4%的聚丙烯纤维能在不影响抗压强度的前提下提升浆料的抗折强度,同时对浆料的抗渗性能与粘结性能起到明显的改善作用。 Taking granite slag as filler,and together with cement and styrene-acrylic emulsion,a kind of polymer cement waterproofing slurry is prepared in which polypropylene fiber is added as reinforcing material.The article studies the influence of different polypropylene fiber percentage on the mechanical property,anti-penetrating performance and bonding strength of the slurry.Results show:when the adding percentage of polypropylene fiber is 0.3%~0.4%,it can improve the flexural strength of the slurry without affecting its compressive strength,and the penetration resistance and bonding performance are obviously improved as well.
