Discussion on Optimal Plan of Dampproof and Mildewproof System for Underground Space of the Residential Project in South China

在分析江南地区住宅项目地下室返潮、结露原因的基础上,设计了几套防潮系统并进行了现场试验,根据试验结果选出了一种地下空间墙、顶、地面防潮防霉系统的较优方案,对于江南地区地下空间防潮防霉系统技术应用具有一定的参考意义。

Based on analysis of the causes of damp and dew for the basement of some residential project in South China,several dampproof systems are designed and tested on site.According to the testing results,an optimal plan is chosen for dampproof and mildewproof system of the underground space,and this can be reference for the application of dampproof and mildewproof system technology in underground space of South China.
