摘要
针对华北油田杨税务潜山地区储层温度极高,压力中等偏低,且存在大段非均质碳酸盐,目前周边井尚无密度1.20 g/cm^3、抗温220℃左右水基钻井液体系成功应用实例的问题,研发了一套低固相超高温钻井液体系。该体系密度在1.10 g/cm^3~1.20 g/cm^3可调、抗温可达220℃,流变性良好,包被抑制性、携岩性和封堵造壁性强。该体系应用于安探4X井超高温井段,成功解决了低密度情况下低固相难实现的难题,取得了较好的应用效果。这为该区块其他超高温井的顺利钻进积累了丰富的经验,也为后续华北油田超深井的施工打下了坚实的基础。
Aimed at the questions as ultra-high reservoir temperature,medium to low pressure,large segment heterogeneous carbonate,and no successful application in the surrounding wells in Yangshuiwu area,a low-solid and ultra-high temperature drilling fluid was developed with densities between 1.10 g/cm^3~1.20 g/cm^3,ultra-high temperature resistance reaching 220℃,good properties of rheology,inhibition and filtration,which solved the problems as large lifting force,tiny returned sand and polymers can't anti ultra-high temperature in well Antan 4X.It had accumulated rich experience for the other ultra-high temperature wells in this area and laid a solid foundation for the subsequent ultra-deep wells in Huabei oilfield.
