痰热清注射液联合抗生素治疗脑卒中并发肺部感染的效果和安全性

Efficacy and safety observation of Tanreqing Injection combined with antibiotic therapy in the treatment of stroke patients with pulmonary infection

目的探讨痰热清注射液联合抗生素治疗脑卒中并发肺部感染的效果和安全性。方法选取2019年1~11月于我院就诊的90例脑卒中并发肺部感染患者作为研究对象,根据随机数字表法将其分为对照组与试验组,每组各45例。对照组患者采用抗生素治疗,试验组患者采用痰热清+抗生素治疗。比较两组患者的治疗前一般情况、临床效果、不良反应发生情况以及症状、体征改善情况。结果治疗前两组患者的长期卧床、胃食道反流、咳嗽反射功能、吞咽功能障碍发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。试验组患者的治疗总有效率(97.78%)高于对照组(84.44%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组患者的不良反应总发生率(4.44%)低于对照组(20.00%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组患者的症状、体征恢复时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论脑卒中并发肺部感染采取抗生素联合痰热清注射液治疗,改善了患者的症状、体征,且不良反应少,效果明显,从而提高患者的生活质量,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect and safety of Tanreqing Injection combined with antibiotic therapy in the treatment of stroke patients with pulmonary infection.Methods A total of 90 stroke patients with pulmonary infection who treated in our hospital from January to November 2019 were selected as the research objects and divided into the control group and the experimental group according to random number table method,with 45 cases in each group.The control group achieved antibiotic therapy,while the experimental group achieved Tanreqing Injection combined with antibiotic therapy.The general data of patients,curative effect,adverse reactions,symptom and sign improvements were compared.Results There were no statistically significant differences in occurrences of long-term bedridden conditions,gastroesophageal reflux,cough reflex and swallowing dysfunction between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).The total effective rate in the experimental group(97.78%)was higher than that of the control group(84.44%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total adverse reactions rate in the experimental group(4.44%)was lower than that of the control group(20.00%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The symptom and sign recovery time in the experimental group were shorter than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The antibiotic therapy combined with Tanreqing Injection can reduce the clinical symptoms and signs,and have less adverse reactions,can improve the life quality significantly.It is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
