生血宝合剂对白血病化疗后骨髓抑制及生活质量的改善作用

Effect of Shengxuebao Mixture on the improvement of bone marrow suppression and quality of life after chemotherapy for leukemia

目的探讨生血宝合剂对白血病化疗后骨髓抑制及生活质量的改善作用。方法选取2018年10月~2019年10月我院收治的80例白血病患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将其分为观察组与对照组,每组各40例。对照组患者采取常规化疗方案,观察组患者在对照组的基础上增加生血宝合剂治疗。比较两组患者的骨髓抑制程度、生活质量和血常规检查结果。结果观察组患者的骨髓抑制程度轻于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组患者的功能状态(KPS)评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组患者的KPS评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者治疗后的KPS评分高于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组患者治疗后的KPS评分高于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组患者的血红蛋白、白细胞和血小板水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组患者的血红蛋白、白细胞和血小板水平均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者治疗后的血红蛋白、白细胞和血小板水平均低于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组患者治疗后的血红蛋白、白细胞和血小板水平均低于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论运用生血宝合剂能够有效改善白血病患者化疗后的骨髓抑制作用,提高生活质量。

Objective To explore the effect of Shengxuebao Mixture on the improvement of bone marrow suppression and quality of life after chemotherapy for leukemia.Methods A total of 80 patients with leukemia who were admitted to our hospital from October 2018 and October 2019 were selected as the subjects.They were divided into the observation group and the control group by the random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional chemotherapy regimen,the observation group was additionally treated with Shengxuebao Mixture on the basis of the control group.The situation of bone marrow suppression,quality of life and blood test result were compared between the two groups.Results The degree of bone marrow suppression in the observation group was lighter than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in the Karnofsky(KPS)score between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the KPS score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The KPS score of the observation group after treatment was higher than that before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The KPS score of patients in the control group was higher than that before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there were no significant differences in the levels of hemoglobin,white blood cells and platelets between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the levels of hemoglobin,white blood cells,and platelets of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The levels of hemoglobin,white blood cells,and platelets of the observation group after treatment were lower than those before treatment,with statistical significances(P<0.05).The levels of hemoglobin,white blood cells and platelets in the control group after treatment were lower than those before treatment,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of Shengxuebao Mixture can effectively improve the bone marrow suppression and quality of life of patients with leukemia after chemotherapy.
