COOK宫颈扩张球囊结合缩宫素在高龄足月经产妇中的应用效果

Application effect of COOK cervical dilation balloon combined with Oxytocin in elderly full-term multipara

目的探究COOK宫颈扩张球囊结合缩宫素在高龄足月经产妇中的应用效果。方法回顾性分析2018年1月~2019年9月我院收治的88例高龄足月经产妇的临床资料,按照治疗方法分为观察组(n=44)与对照组(n=44)。观察组采用COOK宫颈扩张球囊结合缩宫素治疗方法,对照组采用缩宫素治疗方法,比较两组的分娩结局、产程时间、新生儿评分、新生儿体重和不良反应发生情况。结果观察组的自然分娩率高于对照组,剖宫产率低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的第一产程、第二产程、总产程短于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的新生儿体重和Apgar评分与对照组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组的不良反应总发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论COOK宫颈扩张球囊结合缩宫素治疗可提高高龄足月经产妇自然分娩率,缩短产妇的总产程,降低不良反应发生率,且对新生儿无太大影响。

Objective To investigate the application effect of COOK cervical dilation balloon combined with Oxytocin in elderly full-term multipara.Methods The clinical data of 88 elderly full-term multiparas who were admitted to our hospital from January 2018 to September 2019 were retrospectively analyzed.They were divided into observation group(n=44)and control group(n=44)according to treatment methods.The observation group was treated with COOK cervical dilation balloon and Oxytocin,and the control group was treated with Oxytocin.The delivery outcome,time of stages of labor,Apgar score and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The natural delivery rate of observation group was higher than that of control group,and the cesarean section rate of observation group was lower than that of control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The time of first stage of labor,time of second stage of labor and the time of total stage of labor in observation group were shorter than those in control group(P<0.05).There were no statistical differences in the neonatal birth weight and Apgar score between observation group and control group(P>0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in observation group was lower than that in control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion COOK cervical dilation balloon combined with Oxytocin in treatment of elderly full-term multipara can increase natural delivery raLe,shorLen Lhe Lime of LoLal sLage of labor,and decrease Lhe incidence of adverse reacLions,which has no greaL effecL on Lhe newborns.
