温针灸配合补中益气汤加减治疗产后尿潴留的临床疗效研究

Clinical efficacy study of needle warming moxibustion combined with Buzhong Yiqi Decoction addition and subtraction in the treatment of postpartum urinary retention

目的探讨温针灸配合补中益气汤加减治疗产后尿潴留的临床效果。方法选取2019年6月~2020年2月我院产科病房住院的80例已结束妊娠的产后尿潴留产妇作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将其分为研究组与对照组,每组各40例。研究组产妇予以温针灸配合补中益气汤加减治疗,对照组产妇予以西医治疗。比较两组产妇的治疗效果、导尿管留置率、首次排尿时间、膀胱残余尿量及产后生活质量评分。结果研究组产妇的治疗总有效率高于对照组,导尿管留置率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组产妇的首次排尿时间短于对照组,膀胱残余尿量少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组产妇的产后情绪功能评分、躯体功能评分、社会功能评分、角色功能评分、认知功能评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论温针灸配合补中益气汤加减治疗产后尿潴留疗效显著,能够有效改善产妇的排尿情况和生活质量。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of needle warming moxibustion combined with Buzhong Yiqi Decoction addition and subtraction in treatment of postpartum urinary retention.Methods A total of 80 pregnant women with postpartum urinary retention who ended the pregnancy in the maternity ward of our hospital from June 2019 to February 2020 were selected as the study objects and divided into the study group and the control group according to random number table control method,with 40 cases in each group.The study group was treated with needle warming moxibustion combined with Buzhong Yiqi Decoction addition and subtraction and the control group was treated with western medicine.The treatment effect,indwelling rate of the catheter,the first micturition time,the residual urine volume of the bladder and postpartum quality of life scores were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group,the indwelling rate of the catheter was lower than that of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The first micturition time of the study group was shorter than that of the control group,the residual urine volume of the bladder was less than that of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of postpartum emotional function,physical function,social function,role function and cognitive function in the study group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Needle warming moxibustion combined with Buzhong Yiqi Decoction addition and subtraction is effective in treatment of postpartum urinary retention,and it can effectively improve urination and quality of life of pregnant women.
