优质护理对鼻咽癌调强放疗患者口腔黏膜的保护作用价值分析

Value analysis of protective effect of high quality nursing in patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma undergoing intensity modulated radiotherapy

目的探讨优质护理在鼻咽癌调强放疗患者中的应用效果。方法选取2018年7月~2019年12月抚州市第一人民医院收治的90例鼻咽癌调强放射治疗患者作为研究对象。采用随机数字表法分为对照组和实验组,每组各45例。对照组实施常规护理,实验组在常规护理基础上实施优质护理干预。比较两组患者护理前后的口腔黏膜炎反应分级和疼痛改善情况。结果实验组护理后的口腔黏膜炎反应分级情况优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者护理前的视觉模拟量表(VAS)评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组护理后的VAS评分均低于护理前,并且实验组护理后的VAS评分低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论优质护理干预能够对鼻咽癌调强放疗患者的口腔黏膜起到良好的保护作用,可以明显降低口腔黏膜炎反应,有效缓解患者疼痛,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To explore the effect of high quality nursing in patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma undergoing intensity modulated radiation therapy.Methods A total of 90 patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma treated by intensity modulated radiation therapy from July 2018 to December 2019 in the First People′s Hospital of Fuzhou were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into the control group and the experimental group according to the random number table method,45 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,while the experimental group was given high quality nursing intervention on the basis of routine nursing.The oral mucositis reaction grade and pain improvement before and after nursing were compared between the two groups.Results The grading of oral mucositis reaction in the experimental group after nursing was better than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in visual analogue scale(VAS)score between the two groups before nursing(P>0.05).The scores of VAS in the two groups after nursing were lower than those before nursing,and the score of VAS in the experimental group after nursing was lower than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion High quality nursing intervention can play a good role in protecting the oral mucosa of patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma undergoing intensity modulated radiation therapy,which can significantly reduce the reaction of oral mucositis,and effectively alleviate the pain of patients,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
