连续护理认知干预对精神分裂症患者康复效果的研究

Research on the rehabilitation effect of continuous nursing cognitive intervention for patients with schizophrenia

目的探讨连续护理认知干预对精神分裂症患者康复的效果。方法选取2019年9~12月在山东省济宁市荣复军人医院收治的80例精神分裂症患者,根据整群分组法,将患者分为研究组(40例)和对照组(40例)。两组均给予系统性抗精神病药物治疗与护理,对照组给予常规性健康教育,研究组给予连续护理认知干预,干预时间均为8周。干预后,采用连续护理认知水平测评量表、简明精神病评定量表评定两组康复效果。结果干预前,两组连续护理认知水平和病情比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,研究组连续护理认知水平总均分及各维度评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组简明精神病评定量表总分评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论连续护理认知干预能够更好地促进精神分裂症患者的康复。

Objectives To explore the rehabilitation effect of continuous nursing cognitive intervention for patients with schizophrenia.Methods A total of 80 hospitalized patients with schizophrenia who were treated in Rongfu Military Hospital of Jining city in Shandong Province were selected as subjects from September to December 2019.According to the cluster grouping method,they were divided into study group(40 cases)and control group(40 cases).Both groups were given systemic antipsychotic medication and nursing care.The control group was given regular health education.The study group was given continuous nursing cognitive intervention.The intervention time of the two groups was eight weeks.After the intervention,the cognitive level of continuous nursing scale and brief psychiatric rating scale were used to evaluate the rehabilitation effect of the two groups.Results Before the intervention,the level of continuous nursing cognitive and illness state were not significant statistical differences between the two groups(P>0.05);After intervention,the total average score of the level of continuous nursing cognitive and their each dimension scores in the study group were higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total score of brief psychiatric rating scale in the study group was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Continuous nursing cognitive intervention can better promote the recovery of patients with schizophrenia.
