萧氏双C护理模式在慢性肾衰竭血透患者护理中的应用

Application of Xiao′s double-C nursing mode in hemodialysis patients with chronic renal failure

目的研究慢性肾衰竭血透患者护理中萧氏双C护理模式的应用效果。方法选取2017年10月~2019年5月我院收治的102例慢性肾衰竭血透患者作为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为对照组(n=51,常规护理)和观察组(n=51,萧氏双C护理模式),并对两组护理前后血尿素氮(BUN)、血肌酐(SCr)水平、护理舒适度、生活质量评分以及并发症的发生率进行比较。结果两组护理前BUN、SCr水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。护理后,两组BUN、SCr水平较护理前均下降,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组护理舒适度(96.08%)高于对照组(78.43%),差异有统计学意义(χ2=8.264,P<0.05)。两组护理前生活质量评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。护理后两组评分均升高,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组并发症总发生率为9.80%,低于对照组的29.41%,差异有统计学意义(χ2=9.214,P<0.05)。结论临床上在治疗慢性肾衰竭血透患者的过程中,给予其萧氏双C护理模式辅助护理,对患者临床症状缓解有促进作用,同时使患者治疗期间的舒适度及生活质量均得到改善,降低术后并发症的发生率,效果显著,有较高的临床推广价值。

Objective To study the effect of Xiao′s double-C nursing mode in hemodialysis patients with chronic renal failure.Methods A total of 102 patients with chronic renal failure hemodialysis who were admitted to our hospital from October 2017 to May 2019 were selected as the research objects,and they were divided into control group(n=51,routine care)and observation group(n=51,Xiao′s double C nursing mode)according to the random number table method,and the blood urea nitrogen(BUN),blood creatinine(SCr)levels,nursing comfort,quality of life scores,and the incidence of complications between the two groups before and after nursing were compared.Results There were no significant differences in the levels of BUN and SCr between the two groups before nursing(P>0.05).After different nursing interventions,the levels of BUN and SCr in the two groups were lower than before nursing,and the observation group were lower than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing comfort of the observation group(96.08%)was higher than that of the control group(78.43%),the difference was statistically significant(χ2=8.264,P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the quality of life scores between the two groups before nursing(P>0.05).The quality of life scores of the two groups increased after different nursing interventions,and the observation group was higher than that of the control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was 9.80%,which was lower than the control group(29.41%),the difference was statistically significant(χ2=9.214,P<0.05).Conclusion During the clinical treatment of patients with chronic renal failure hemodialysis,the Xiao′s double-C nursing mode is given auxiliary care,which promotes the relief of the clinical symptoms of the patients,and improves the comfort and quality of life of the patients during the treatment.The incidence of postoperative complications is reduced,the effect is significant,and the value of clinical promotion is high.
