突如其来的新冠肺炎疫情对我国社会经济的宏观、中观、微观层面分别造成了不同程度的影响。中国特色社会主义基本经济制度主要由所有制结构、分配制度、运行机制三个重要部分组成,面对新冠疫情对我国社会经济带来的冲击,分别起到了平衡需求供给、帮扶困境产业、维稳微观经济的重要作用。我国基本经济制度既为坚决打赢疫情防控人民战总体战阻击战提供了充足的物资供应,也为常态化疫情防控中稳步推动社会经济复工复产提供了制度保障,以实践方式凸显了我国基本经济制度的内在优越性。

The sudden outbreak of new coronavirus pneumonia at the end of 2019 has brought different degrees of impact on the macro,medium and micro levels of China s social economy.The basic economic system of socialism with Chinese characteristics is mainly composed of three important parts:ownership structure,distribution system and operating mechanism.Under the impact of COVID-19,China s socio-economy has accordingly balanced supply of demand,helped industries in difficulty,and maintained stability.China s basic economic system not only provides sufficient material supply capacity for winning the epidemic prevention and control at the national level,but also provides institutional support for the promotion of social and economic resumption of production under the lingering threat of the coronavirus.It highlights the inherent superiority of China s basic economic system.
