习近平提出了一系列以人民为中心的观点,并将其作为治国理政的核心理念,逐步生成了习近平人民观。习近平人民观,作为习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想的重要内容,是在新时代中国特色社会主义建设实践中逐渐形成、发展和完善起来的。习近平人民观的生成有其内在的必然逻辑,中国传统民本思想、马恩理论和历代集体领导人的思想是其生成的理论逻辑;对人民思想的传承与创新是其生成的发展逻辑;在发展中不断满足与实现人民对美好生活的需求是其实践逻辑。

Xi Jinping has put forward a series of people-centered viewpoints and regarded them as the core concept of governing the country,which gradually formed his views on people.As the core content of his thoughts,these views been gradually shaped,developed and improved in the practice of building socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era.The generation of Xi Jinping s people-centered views has three inherent inevitable logics:the traditional Chinese people-based thinking,Marx and Engels theory and the thoughts of the collective leaders of the past generations are the theoretical logic of its generation,the inheritance and innovation of the people s ideas are the development logic of its generation,in the development,the people s needs for a better life are continuously met and realized as the practical logic.
