学术创业力作为高校积极参与区域创新创业,实现科技成果转化、服务区域经济高质量发展的重要能力,日益得到关注。从学术创业力的内涵、特征和类型出发,分析学术创业力运行的影响因素和实现路径等,并探讨这些机制背后的理论解释,进而提出建设一流学科、搭建支撑平台,围绕优势专业、建设众创空间,落实政策制度、产生激励效益,培育创业文化、强化价值认同等路径优化策略,不断提升新时代高校对经济社会发展的贡献率。

Academic entrepreneurship is a key competence for universities to actively participate in regional innovation and entrepreneurship,to turn research achievements to productivity,and to serve regional economic development,so it is drawing more and more attention.Starting with the definition,characteristics and classification of academic entrepreneurship,this paper analyzes its influencing factors and realizing paths,explores the theoretic explanations behind,and proposes a few suggestions to optimize path strategies,including building first-class disciplines,constructing public entrepreneurship spaces within strong majors,applying policies to achieve incentive mechanism,and nurturing entrepreneurship culture to stimulate the entrepreneuring spirit.Hopefully,these approaches can help to increase universities contribution in social and economic development.
