OBE理念下从课程思政到专业思政路径探索——以食品科学与工程类专业为例

From ideological and political curricula to majors under the concept of OBE:taking food science and engineering as an example

专业思政概念是在2018年新时代全国高等学校本科教育工作会议上首次提出的,是对课程思政理念的深化与拓展,也是完成高校立德树人根本任务的有效抓手。以食品科学与工程类专业为例,依托OBE理念,探索建立具有食品专业教育与思政教育学科较高辨识度与系统性的专业思政教育体系,并以“三全育人”格局推进实施,实现将两者统一于育人的价值性,培养德智体美劳全面发展的创新型、复合型、应用型人才。

The concept of“ideological and political education through all majors”was first put forward at the 2018 National Undergraduate Education Conference of Colleges and Universities in the New Era.It has deepened and expanded the concept of“ideological and political education through all curricula”and is an effective starting point for colleges and universities to accomplish the fundamental task of“cultivating people with moral integrity”.Based on the OBE concept and taking food science and engineering as an example,this paper explores the establishment of a professional ideological and political education system with higher discipline identification and more systematic food professional education and ideological and political education,and promotes the implementation with the pattern of the“three-all education”.We should unify the two in education,and cultivate innovative,inter-disciplinary and practical talents with all-round development of morality,intelligence,physique,beauty and labor.
