新工科背景下区块链工程专业人才培养研究 被引量:4

Research on the talent training of blockchain engineering under the background of new engineering

摘要 区块链产业快速发展,人才需求剧增。然而目前高等院校并没有开设对应的专业,从业者多是通过选修区块链相关课程、利用科研机构协同育人、借助企业项目化培训和自学等方式获得相关的知识、技术和技能。在新工科背景下,高校层面已经开设了大数据、机器人、人工智能相关领域的专业,并付诸规模化、系统化的人才培养。因而从区块链职业岗位需求、人才培养目标与定位、师资队伍建设、理实一体化教学、体制创新和机制运行等方面进行分析与探究,聚焦如何发挥高校人才培养阵地及堡垒的作用,以区块链工程专业为例,探究一条适合培养中高层次区块链人才的路径。 With the rapid development of the blockchain industry,there is an increasing demand for relevant talents.However,at present,no educational institutions offer blockchain relevant majors.Thus,most practitioners obtain relevant knowledge,skills and expertise by taking blockchain-related elective courses,receiving training from collaborated scientific research institutions and associated enterprises,or self-study.As“new engineering”has become one of the most dominant mainstreams of education,blockchain relevant majors or courses which include the fields of big data,robotics,and artificial intelligence are offered by tertiary education institutions,where relevant talents and specialists are massively and systematically nurtured.This paper investigates and addresses the following issues including the increasing demand for blockchain-related occupations,the nurturing and positioning of blockchain talents,teacher teams formation,teaching as an integration of theory and practice,and the innovation of relevant system,institutions,and mechanisms.The current study further focuses on the measures to transform higher education institutions into frontiers and maximize their impact on nurturing talents.Tertiary education institutions may consider offering more blockchain engineering majors.This approach may be regarded as a feasible way and a replicable model for nurturing middle and high-level blockchain talents and specialists.
