无锡智慧体育产业园发展的SWOT分析

SWOT Analysis and Countermeasure Research on the Development of Wuxi Smart Sports Industrial Park

运用SWOT分析法,对无锡智慧体育产业园发展的内部优势、劣势,外部机遇、挑战等进行了分析,得出:无锡智慧体育产业园发展的内部优势是体育产业规模不断扩大,智慧体育生态初步形成,重视基础建设,创新运营模式,提升政策效能。内部劣势是体育产业占GDP比重偏低,体育产业结构有待优化,体育产业人才数量相对不足。外部机遇是“互联网+体育”战略实施和智慧城市建设助力智慧体育产业园的发展,体育消费市场的扩大拓展智慧体育服务领域。外部挑战是体育消费结构升级导致有效供给不足,区域体育产业市场竞争日趋激烈。依据上述因素,提出了发展型、扭转型、开拓型、紧缩型等4种战略及发展对策,以期为相关部门决策提供依据。

Using the SWO Tanalytic method,this paper analyzed theinternal strengths,weaknesses,external opportunities and challenges of Wuxi Smart SportsIndustrypark,leading to the conclusion that the internal strengths are the rapid development of the sports industry and the enlargement of industry scale;transformationand upgrading of sports,causing the initial shape of sportsecologicalsmart;the strengthening of top-leveldesign,building a solidfoundation of infrastructure projects;clearorganization and management,and innovation of businessmodel;optimization of policyorientation,and improvement of policyeffectiveness.Internalweaknessesare the lowproportion of GDPpercentage of the sportsindustry,and the structure of sportsindustry is yet to be optimized,the number of talents in the sportsindustry is relatively small.Externalopportunitiesare the"Internet+sport"strategy has been implemented to promote the development of smart sports,smart city construction helps the development of smart sports park,the expansion of sports consuming market outreach the service area of smart sports.The externalchallengesis the lack of effectivesupply caused by sports consumptionstructureescalation,and regional sports industry marke tcompetitionis getting increasinglyfierce.Based on the above elements,this paper put forward four strategies and countermeasures of development,including developing,transforming,extending and reducing,hoping to provide references for relevant authorities to make certain decisions.
