A Review of the Preparation,Modification and Application of PEEK Coating

系统阐述了聚醚醚酮(PEEK)涂层制备研究的进展,着重介绍了静电喷涂、热喷涂、空气喷涂、刷涂和电泳五种涂层制备方法,并评述了这些方法的优缺点和主要应用场合。同时也介绍了PEEK涂层的改性研究,包括采用微纳米无机材料的改性、用聚合物的改性和其他改性方法,最后简单介绍了PEEK涂层的应用,并对其未来的发展方向做出展望。

The preparation of polyether-ether-ether-ketone(PEEK)coating was reviewed,emphasized in electrostatic spraying,thermal spraying,air spraying,brushing and electrophoresis methods,and the advantages,disadvantages and main applications of these methods were also introduced.And the modification of PEEK coating was also reviewed,including micro-nano inorganic materials,polymer,and other methods.Finally,the application fields of PEEK coating were briefly introduced,and its future development was prospected.
