摘要
以十二烷基苯磺酸为改性剂,制备了磺化石墨烯,并将其与环氧树脂复合制备出复合材料。利用扫描电子显微镜观察了石墨烯的微观形貌,通过红外光谱表征了石墨烯的结构,通过对拉伸、弯曲、冲击性能的测试,研究了该复合材料的力学性能。结果表明,使用磺化石墨烯作为增强剂并且其质量分数为0.6%时所制备的环氧树脂基复合材料综合力学性能最佳。
Taking dodecylbenzenesulfonic acid as modifier,sulfonated graphene was prepared.And it was compounded with epoxy resin to prepare composite material.The microstructure of graphene was observed by scanning electron microscopy(SEM),the structure of graphene was characterized by infrared spectroscopy,and the mechanical properties of composites were studied by testing the properties of tensile,bending and impact.The results show that the epoxy resin composite prepared with 0.6%sulfonated graphene has better mechanical properties.
