摘要
为防止电子元件物流过程中生锈及因静电放电而损坏,选用几种能产生协同作用的通用气相缓蚀剂复配,并加入纳米石墨微片抗静电基质,制备了一种电子元件包装用低密度聚乙烯(LDPE)抗静电气相防锈薄膜。利用数字高阻计、电子万能力学试验机及盐雾实验机对薄膜的防锈性能、力学性能和抗静电性能进行了表征。结果表明,复合防锈剂具有较好的防锈效果,同时加入纳米石墨微片抗静电基质提高了薄膜导电性能;且复合防锈母粒15%、纳米石墨微片0.5%的LDPE抗静电气相防锈薄膜性能最佳。
In order to prevent the electronic components from rusting and being damaged by electrostatic discharge in logistics,a kind of low density polyethylene(LDPE)antistatic gas phase rust-proof packaging film was prepared by several vapor phase inhibitors and antistatic agents.The antirust,mechanical and antistatic properties of the films were characterized by digital megger,electronic universal mechanical tester and salt spray tester.The results show that the film with gas antirust compounding agents has better antirust effect and the film conductivity is improved by adding graphite nanoplatelet.The LDPE film with 15%composite antirust agent and 0.5%graphite nanoplatelet has the optimum performance.
