摘要
通过季鏻盐插层和长烷链硅烷接枝制备了功能化蒙脱土,并与聚乙烯膜回收料熔融共混获得改性聚乙烯材料。采用马来酸酐接枝聚乙烯(PE-g-MAH)和马来酸酐接枝苯乙烯-乙烯-丁烯-苯乙烯三嵌段共聚物(SEBS-g-MAH)作为相容剂,分析了功能化蒙脱土及相容剂对改性聚乙烯材料结构性能的影响。结果表明,相容剂可使功能化蒙脱土均匀分散在改性聚乙烯材料中,并产生良好的界面相互作用。PE-g-MAH可以明显提高改性聚乙烯材料的拉伸强度,而SEBS-g-MAH可以使改性聚乙烯材料的断裂伸长率大幅增加,其拉伸断面出现韧性断裂的拉丝现象,同时加入两种相容剂的协效作用有助于获得具有良好综合性能的改性聚乙烯材料。
Functionalized montmorillonite was prepared by intercalation of quaternary phosphonium salt and grafting of long-chain alkyl silane,and melt-blended with recycled polyethylene film to obtain modified polyethylene material.Using maleic anhydride-grafted low-density polyethylene(PE-g-MAH)and maleic anhydride-grafted styrene-ethylene-butene-styrene triblock copolymer(SEBS-g-MAH)as compatibilizer,the effects of functionalized montmorillonite and compatibilizers on the structure and properties of modified polyethylene materials were analyzed.The results show that the compatibilizer can make the functionalized montmorillonite evenly dispersed in the modified polyethylene material and produce good interface interaction.PE-g-MAH can significantly improve the tensile strength of modified polyethylene materials,while SEBS-g-MAH can greatly increase the breaking elongation of modified polyethylene materials,and the tensile fracture surface shows the phenomenon of ductile fracture drawing.The synergistic effect of the two compatibilizers helps to obtain modified polyethylene materials with good comprehensive properties.
