PMS含量对PMS/HDPE复合材料性能的影响 被引量:1

摘要 以造纸污泥(PMS)作为增强相,高密度聚乙烯(HDPE)为基体制备了PMS/HDPE复合材料。探究了PMS含量(10%、20%、30%和40%)对复合材料相关性能的影响。结果表明,当PMS含量30%时,复合材料的结晶度、拉伸强度、弯曲强度和弯曲模量达到最大值,较HDPE材料分别提高了73.58%、69.36%、65.98%和43.37%。当PMS为40%时,复合材料的结晶性能和力学性能降低,但高于HDPE材料。复合材料的储能模量和黏度随PMS含量的增加而增加。拉伸应变场分布显示,在HDPE中加入PMS能够有效抑制复合材料在拉伸过程中的应变扩展。 The paper mill sludge(PMS)and high-density polyethylene(HDPE)were used as fillers and matrix,respectively,to prepare PMS/HDPE composites.The effect of PMS contents(10%,20%,30%and 40%)on the properties of the composites was investigated.The results show when PMS content is 30%,the degree of crystallinity,tensile strength,bending strength and bending modulus of the composites could reach maximum.Comparing with HDPE,they could improve 73.58%,69.36%,65.98%and 43.37%,respectively.When PMS is 40%,the crystalline and mechanical properties of composites could decrease,however it is higher than HDPE.The energy storage modulus and viscosity of the composites increase with the increase of PMS contents.The distribution of tensile strain shows that PMS could effectively delay the strain extension of the composites during the tensile strength test.
