手术室仪器设备风险管理的研究进展

Research progress of risk management of operating room equipment and instruments

介绍了医疗设备风险管理的概念、分类和基本步骤,应用文献分析法对国内外手术室仪器设备管理现状进行了概述,分析了国内手术室仪器设备管理中存在仪器设备使用、维护人员培训不到位,专业人员不足、能力欠缺,不良事件上报渠道不畅、上报率较低的问题。提出了组建多学科团队共同管控手术室仪器设备的风险、借助新技术实现手术室仪器设备风险管理的信息化和智能化、建立长效的风险应对和监督机制等建议,以期为广大手术室仪器设备管理人员提供可借鉴的经验。

The risk management of operating room equipment and instruments had its concept,classification and steps introduced,and its current situation in foreign countries and China was overviewed by applying literature analysis.The disadvantages of the risk management of operating room equipment and instruments were analyzed in utilization,maintenance staff training,adverse events reporting channel and rate and etc.Some suggestions were put forward accordingly including the establishment of a multidisciplinary team to jointly control the risk,the use of new technologies to realize informatization and intellectualization,the establishment of long-term risk response and monitoring mechanisms and etc,in order to provide references for the personnel of the risk management of operating room equipment and instruments.
