基于供应商服务评价的体外诊断试剂管理实践

In vitro diagnostic reagent management practice based on evaluation of supplier service

目的:探讨供应商服务评价在医院体外诊断试剂管理中的作用,以提高医院体外诊断试剂物流管理水平。方法:统计某院2015—2019年体外诊断试剂的供应商数量、供应品种、采购金额等数据,并结合体外诊断试剂供应商服务评价措施对其变化情况进行分析。结果:2015—2019年体外诊断试剂供应商数量与试剂品种均呈逐年下降的趋势,表明通过引入供应商评价体系,体外诊断试剂供应商的服务水平得到明显提高。结论:通过评价供应商的服务水平,体外诊断试剂的医院物流管理将更加规范,进一步降低临床使用风险,使临床需求得到有效保障。

Objective To explore the effect of supplier service evaluation for hospital in vitro reagent management.Methods The in vitro diagnostic reagents in some hospital from 2015 to 2019 had their data summarized on the number of suppliers,supply varieties and purchase amounts,and the changes due to supplier service evaluation were analyzed.Results From 2015 to 2019,the number of in vitro diagnostic reagent suppliers and reagent varieties both showed a decreasing trend year by year,indicating that the service of in vitro diagnostic reagent suppliers was significantly improved through the introduction of a supplier evaluation system.Conclusion Evaluating the service level of suppliers contributes to standardizing hospital logistics management of in vitro diagnostic reagents,further reducing the risk of clinical use and satisfying clinical need effectively.
