摘要
目的:研制一种取样管条码信息无纸化打印装置,以解决不干胶条码使用中存在的问题。方法:无纸化打印装置主要由喷绘机构、驱动机构、传动机构、控制系统4个部分组成,采用电喷码原理设计,按照患者基本信息设定条码位置及尺寸,将条码信息直接喷印到一次性取样管外壁上面。结果:该装置实现了样本标签的无纸化,降低了检验成本和标签失误率,提高了工作效率。结论:无纸化打印装置设计合理、操作简单,为医疗系统应用无纸化标签提供了有效的方法。
Objective To develop a paperless printing device for the barcode information of the sampling tube to eliminate the problems due to self adhesive barcode.Methods A paperless printing device was designed with the principle of electric spraying,which was composed of four parts of spraying mechanism,driving mechanism,transmission mechanism and control system.The position and size of the barcode were determined according to the patient information,and the information was printed on the outside wall of the sampling tube.Results The device developed realized paperless sample labeling,reduced examination cost and labeling error,and increased working efficiency.Conclusion The paperless printing device gains advantages in design and operation,and is worthy promoting for paperless printing of the medical system.
