社会工作从促进乡村内源式发展、促进乡村社会服务均等化两个方面形成介入乡村振兴的内在逻辑。由于当前社会工作介入乡村振兴缺乏自主性、整体性、均衡性以及本地化,使得社会工作服务乡村振兴发展存在一定的现实困境。新形势下,需要以理念创新构建一种新型的社会工作整体性介入机制,形成以乡村发展为本位的本质重构、以整体性振兴为视角的模式重构、以嵌入式力量为载体的机制重构、以共享发展为核心的动力重构,从根本上推动乡村振兴向纵深发展。

Social work forms the internal logic of intervening in rural revitalization from two aspects of promoting rural endogenous development and promoting equalization of rural social services.Due to the lack of autonomy,integrity and balance in the intervention of social work in rural revitalization,there is a certain practical dilemma for social work to serve rural development.Under the new situation,it is necessary to construct a new type of overall intervention mechanism for social work based on conceptual innovation,to form an essential reconstruction based on rural development,a mode reconstruction based on the perspective of overall revitalization,and a mechanism based on embedded forces Restructuring,power restructuring with shared development at the core,fundamentally promotes rural revitalization to develop in depth.
