摘要
欧洲职业教育与培训一直走在世界前列,这离不开多主体参与和多方合作。职业教育与产业发展是相辅相成的关系,通过深化和开拓产学合作项目,不仅能逐步优化职业教育与培训质量,而且可以使培养主体更加了解企业需求并培训符合产业发展所需人才。以阿姆斯特丹高等专业大学、明斯特应用技术大学、布拉干萨理工大学3所学校为例,阐述高等职业技术教育作为一种“中介”制度,在短期教育中进行基于问题的学习与短期项目导向研究,并通过让当地外部行动者参与劳动力培训,有助于受培训者掌握当地企业所需求的技能。
European vocational education and training has always been at the forefront of the world,which cannot be separated from multi-agent participation and multi-party cooperation.Vocational education and in⁃dustrial development are complementary to each other.By deepening and developing industry-university coop⁃eration projects,we can not only gradually optimize the quality of vocational education and training,but also al⁃low the main body of skilled personnel training to better understand the needs of enterprises and train talents that meet the needs of industrial development.This article takes the three universities of Amsterdam University of Technology,Münster University of Applied Sciences and Braganza University of Technology as examples to show that higher vocational and technical education,as an“intermediary”system,carries out problem-based learning and short-term project-oriented research,and by involving local external actors in labor training,helps trainees to acquire the skills required by local companies.
