摘要
为了降低或消除传统火工分离装置驱动机构作用时对邻近结构产生的较大冲击,采用NiTi形状记忆合金材料,基于压杆稳定的基本原理,设计了一种新型的分离装置驱动机构,并开展驱动机构驱动力及作用冲击测试。实验结果表明,该驱动机构触发能量低,相比传统分离装置冲击水平大幅降低,并且驱动力满足设计要求。
In order to reduce or eliminate the impact of the drive mechanism of the traditional pyrotechinic separation device(PSD)on adjacent structures,a new drive mechanism of the separation device was designed,based on the NiTi shape memory alloy material and the basic principle of the stability of columns,the tests for driving force and impact of the drive mechanism were carried out.The test results show that compared to the traditional PSD,the driving mechanism has low trigger energy and low impact level,and the driving force meets the design requirements.
