摘要
基于烟火燃烧切割机理,设计了一种缓燃材料与主装药复合成型的烟火燃烧切割弹装药结构,对以CuO-Al及Fe2O3-Al铝热剂为主要成分的主装药进行了性能试验,并与采用主装药直接压制成型的装药结构试样进行性能对比。研究结果表明,复合成型装药结构能够改善装药整体结构强度,有效控制主装药燃烧速度,防止侵蚀燃烧效应的产生,对20mm厚的Q235A钢板有较好的熔穿和切割效能。
Based on the mechanism of pyrotechnic combustion cutting,the charge structure of pyrotechnic cutting cartridge composite molded by slow burning material and main charge was designed,and the performance test was carried out based on selecting CuO-Al and Fe2O3-Al thermite as the main charge.The results were compared to those of charge structure formed by the main charge.Research results show that the composite molded charge structure can improve the whole structure strength of charge,the propellant burning rate can be effectively controlled,and erosion burning effect can be prevented,meanwhile,235A steel plate with 20mm thickness has been effectively melted and cut.
