分光光度法测定烟火药剂中的磷含量

摘要 为了快速准确地定量分析烟火药剂中的磷含量,提出采用钒钼酸铵分光光度法。探讨了显色体系的吸收波长、显色剂用量以及显色时间对吸光度的影响,得到最佳测试条件为吸收波长380nm、显色剂钒钼酸铵10mL、显色时间20min;通过实验及计算得到该方法相对标准偏差为1.04%,加标回收率为98.0%~101.3%。研究表明该方法具有简便快速、精密度以及准确度良好的特点。 In order to test the phosphorus content in pyrotechnic composition fastly and accurately,a method of ammonium vanadate-molybdate spectrophotometry was proposed.The influence of absorption wavelength,amount of chromogenic agent and colour time on the absorbance of chromogenic system were discussed,and the best test conditions were obtained,which are absorption wavelength of 380nm,amount of chromogenic agent of 10mL and colour time of 20min.By experiment and calculating,the relative standard deviation of 1.04%and standard addition recovery rate between 98.0%to 101.3%were obtained,which show the method has good precision and accuracy,as well as simple and fast characters.
