温岭槽罐车爆炸事故分析及其威力评估 被引量:7

摘要 为分析6.13浙江温岭槽罐车液化石油气(LPG)泄漏爆炸事故的原因与灾害效应,收集整理了此次爆炸事故的资料,根据爆炸事故特点确定本次爆炸事故为沸腾液体扩展蒸汽云爆炸(BLEVE),并对爆炸事故的原因及事故过程进行了初步分析。通过研究事故发生后的人员伤亡及建筑物破坏情况,结合燃料总质量、液化石油气燃爆性能等相关参数,对本次爆炸的热辐射危害与空气冲击波超压危害进行定量评估,推算此次爆炸的威力相当于8305kg TNT炸药。 In order to analyze the accident cause and disaster effect of the liquefied petroleum gas(LPG)leakage explosion accident of Zhejiang Wenling tank truck on June 13,by collecting and sorting out the data of the explosion accident,the type of the explosion accident was determined as boiling liquid diffusion vapor cloud explosion(BLEVE).The possible causes and occurrence process of the explosion accident were analyzed from the aspects of the explosion conditions and the consequences of the accident.The damage to buildings and casualties after the explosion accident were studied.Combined with the total fuel mass,LPG flammability performance and other explosion-related parameters,the thermal radiation and air shock wave overpressure hazards of the explosion were quantitatively evaluated,and it was estimated that the explosion power was equivalent to 8305kg TNT explosives.
