牛轭草的形态与显微构造研究

Study on the Plant Morphology and Microstructure of Murdannia loriformis

目的研究牛轭草进行形态与显微构造,为其质量标准制定及开发应用提供参考依据。方法采用植物分类鉴定、生药性状和显微鉴定方法对牛轭草植物形态、药材性状及根、茎、叶、果实、种子的组织结构进行系统研究。结果牛轭草的主茎极短且终身不育,种子表面具辐射状隆起条纹及网状结构,根中具有气室,叶含有泡状细胞,内外果皮细胞镶嵌状排列,外种皮细胞为特异网纹细胞。结论该研究为牛轭草与近缘种的鉴别提供依据,也为后期牛轭草的质量标准制定及开发应用奠定基础。

Objective To provide reference for the formulation of quality standards and development and application of Murdannia loriformis,the morphology and microstructure are studied.Methods The plant morphology,medicinal material characters and the tissue structure of roots,stems,leaves,fruits and seeds of Murdannia loriformis are studied systematically by methods of plant classification,characteristic and microscopic identification.Results The main stem of Murdannia loriformis is very short and permanently sterile.The seed surface has radial raised stripes and network structure.The roots have air spaces.The leaves contain bulliform cells.Exocarp and endocarp cells are arranged in a mosaic pattern.Exotesta cells are specific reticulate cells.Conclusion This study provide the basis for the identification between Murdannia loriformis and relate species.It also laid a foundation for the later quality standard formulation and development and application of Murdannia loriformis.
