血府逐瘀汤治疗女性气滞血瘀型功能性心律失常及改善自主神经功能的疗效探讨

Clinical Study on the Female Patients of Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction and the Improvement of Autonomic Nervous Function in the Treatment of Functional Arrhythmia with Qi Stagnation and Blood Stasis Syndrome

目的探讨应用血府逐瘀汤治疗女性功能性心律失常属气滞血瘀证者的临床疗效及其对自主神经功能的改善情况。方法纳入72例确诊患者随机分为2组,每组各36例,对照组口服富马酸比索洛尔片治疗,观察组加用血府逐瘀汤治疗,疗程4周。分析比较两组患者治疗前后中医证候评分、24小时动态心电图、SDNN等方面指标。结果治疗后观察组中医证候疗效、中医证候评分、单项中医证候改善率明显优于对照组(P<0.05),观察组24小时动态心电图疗效及SDNN改善情况明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。两组各出现1例不良反应,患者均可耐受,坚持服药。两组治疗前后安全性指标均未见明显异常(P>0.05)。结论血府逐瘀汤治疗女性功能性心律失常气滞血瘀证临床疗效显著,能够改善患者的自主神经功能及全身症状,且安全性良好,具有临床应用价值。

Objective To study the clinical effect in the female patients of Xuefu Zhuyu decoction and the improvement of autonomic nervous function in the treatment of functional arrhythmia with qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome.Methods Totally 72 patients are randomly divided into the control group(n=36)and treatment group(n=36).The control group is taken Bisoprolol Fumarate,the treatment group is treated with additional Xuefu Zhuyu decoction.The treatment course last for 4 weeks.The TCM syndrome score,the 24-hour holter monitoring,the SDNN index are observed before and after the treatment.Results After the treatment,the effective rate of TCM syndromes,the TCM syndrome scores and the improvement rate of individual TCM syndrome in the treatment group is significantly better than the control group(P<0.05),the effective rate of the 24-hour holter monitoring and the improvement of SDNN index in the treatment group is significantly better than the control group(P<0.05).Both groups has occurred 1 patient with adverse reaction,which is tolerated.The security index is no significant abnormalities being found(P>0.05).Conclusion The Xuefu Zhuyu decoction is significantly effective in the treatment,which can improve autonomic nervous function and the constitutional symptoms.Therefore,the Xuefu Zhuyu decoction has value of clinical application.
