近几年兴起的"农产品+直播"模式为农产品供应链的逆向构建提供了可能,借助互联网信息收集和数据快速反馈的新技术,农产品供求不对称的难题将得到缓解。在分析"农产品+直播"供应链存在问题的基础上,本文提出发挥直播平台在供应链上的主导作用,从数字化、柔性化、扁平化、立体化等角度采取措施逆向构建供应链,实现按需定产的目标。具体来说,本文提出包括全链条信息数字化共享、利用大数据预测未来需求、专业分工协同合作、完善供应链配套服务等"农产品+直播"供应链逆向构建政策建议。

In recent years,“Agricultural Products+Livestream”model provide many possibilities for the construction of inverse agricultural products supply chain,and the dilemma of unbalanced supply for agricultural products will be eased with the new technologies of internet information collection and data rapid response.On the basis of analysis of the problems existing in the“Agricultural Products+Livestream”supply chain,we propose that the livestream platform should exert a leading role in the supply chain,and the inverse construction of the supply chain in aspects of digitization,flexibility,flattening and comprehension,in order to achieve the demand tailored production.Specifically,we propose several policy advice including the digital sharing of information throughout the chain,the forecast of future demand using big data technology,professional coordination and cooperation,perfection of the supporting service in the supply chain and so on.
