摘要
通过有限元方法对发动机可靠性试验中出现的排气歧管断裂故障进行了高温模态、高温应力强度和运行疲劳寿命计算,指出了失效原因,并对各种设计改进方案进行了评估,得到了满足强度要求的设计方案。试验表明,所采用的分析方法是有效和可靠的。
Exhaust manifold modal,thermal stress,mechanical stress,and fatigue life in high temperature was evaluated using finite element analysis for cracking in the engine reliability test,the failure reason was identified and the design was improved to meet the strength requirement.Engine reliability tests show that analysis method used is effective and reliable.
