汽车爆胎应急安全装置标准研究与发展 被引量:2

摘要 轮胎是汽车与路面唯一接触的重要部件,轮胎不仅仅与汽车的动力性、燃油经济性、制动性、操纵稳定性、平顺性及通过性等性能息息相关,轮胎的安全更加关系到整车安全性,轮胎如果发生爆胎,导致轮胎和轮毂错位分离,车辆极有可能失去平衡,引发安全事故。爆胎应急安全装置可以保证轮胎在失压或者爆胎情况下可控行驶一段安全距离,降低汽车因爆胎而引发的恶性交通事故的几率。交通运输部及全国汽车标准化委员会相继完善了该领域标准体系,主要介绍了该领域的现状,也提出了标准继续研究及强制的必要性。 The tire is the only important part of the car that is in contact with the road.The tire is not only related to the performance of the car,fuel economy,braking,handling stability,smoothness,and possibility.The safety of the tire is more related to the safety of the vehicle.If the tire bursts,the tire and the wheel will be misaligned and separated,and the vehicle is likely to lose its balance,causing a safety accident.The emergency safety device for tire puncture can ensure that the tire is under pressure or the tire puncture can be controlled for a safe distance,reducing the probability of a malignant traffic accident caused by a tire puncture.The Ministry of Transport and the National Automobile Standardization Committee have successively perfected the standard system in this field.This article mainly introduces the status quo in this field,and also proposes the necessity of continuing research and enforcement of standards.
