刺血疗法多样联合治疗痛风性关节炎的理论初探

Multiple Combinations of Blood-Pricking Therapies in the Treatment of Gouty Arthritis

痛风性关节炎在临床上较为常见,急性发作时采可用西药治疗,虽能控制症状,但有很大的毒副作用,且不宜长期反复使用。临床研究的反馈,证实了刺血疗法多样联合治疗痛风性关节炎时具有确切的疗效,但关于其作用机理的研究较少。本文通过探讨刺血疗法及其结合藏医三果汤、拔罐、艾灸、电针以及火针等治疗该病的原理,以期为临床治疗痛风性关节炎提供较全面的方法及理论依据。

Gouty arthritis is a kind of clinical common disease,western medication can be applied during acute attack to control symptoms,but it does not fit in long-term application due to adverse reactions.Many clinical studies have confirmed the curative effect of multiple combinations of blood-pricking therapies in the treatment of gouty arthritis,but there are few studies on the action mechanisms.This study discussed the principles of blood-pricking therapy combined with Sanguo Decoction,cupping,moxibustion,electro-acupuncture and fire acupuncture in the treatment of gouty arthritis,so as to provide more comprehensive means and theoretical basis for the treatment of the disease in clinic.
