关于慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者肌肉功能障碍的评估和治疗指南解读

Interpretation of guidelines for the evaluation and treatment of muscle dysfunction in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease

呼吸肌和骨骼肌功能障碍是导致慢性阻塞性肺疾病(chronic obstructive pulmonary disease,COPD)患者活动能力和生活质量下降的重要原因。巴塞罗那大学发表的针对COPD患者肌肉功能障碍的评估和治疗指南,汇总了COPD患者肌肉功能障碍的病因、生物学机制、肌肉性能测试、运动能力评估以及临床治疗策略的既往文献,通过分析和总结对各部分内容作证据级别推荐。本文对该指南进行解读,为相关临床研究提供参考。

Respiratory and skeletal muscle dysfunction is an important cause of the decline in the mobility and quality of life of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD).Guidelines including the evaluation and treatment of muscle dysfunction in COPD patients have been published by the university of Barcelona.Based on previous studies,the past literatures on the etiology,biological mechanisms,muscle performance tests,exercise capacity assessment and clinical treatment strategies of muscle dysfunction in COPD patients has been analyzed and summaried,the author makes evidence-level recommendations for each content.This paper mainly interpreted the guidelines for the aim to provide a reference for relevant clinical research.
