脑蛋白水解物制剂对脑神经类疾病保护作用的研究进展

脑蛋白水解物制剂是一类猪脑来源的、富含小分子多肽和游离氨基酸的混合制剂,具有类似神经营养因子的生物学作用。脑蛋白水解物制剂能够改善神经系统疾病患者的学习、记忆及认知等,其作用机制为促进神经细胞再生,加快突触形成速度,修复神经元损伤,抑制神经元凋亡,并且减少神经元衰老等,起到神经保护和神经营养的作用。目前,脑蛋白水解物制剂包括了注射剂和口服制剂两大类。本文对两大类脑蛋白水解物制剂对脑神经相关疾病的作用机制和疗效进行综述。

The products of cerebroprotein hydrolysate are a type of mixed preparations of small molecule peptides and free amino acids derived from pig brain.They have similar biological effects as neurotrophic factors.To neuroprotective and neurotrophic effects,it can clinically improve the learning and memory,cognition and other abilities of patients with neurological diseases.And it can promote the regeneration of nerve cells,accelerate the speed of synapse formation,repair neuron damage,inhibit neuronal apoptosis,and reduce neuron aging.Currently,cerebroprotein hydrolysate include injections and oral preparations.The mechanism and effects of the products of cerebroprotein hydrolysate on neurological diseases were reviewed in this paper.
