高海拔矿山井下运输环境感知技术研究 被引量:4

摘要 为保障高海拔矿山井下无轨运输安全,以高海拔矿山井下运输环境为研究对象,开展高海拔矿山井下运输环境感知技术研究。针对现有感知技术感知手段传统单一、感知设备难以适应低温低压环境、感知数据井下高效交互传输困难等问题,采用理论分析、硬件设计、软件开发和室内测试等研究方法,基于嵌入式开发技术、多传感器技术、LabVIEW虚拟仪器技术研发适用于高海拔低温低压环境的感知装置,实现实时掌握井下运输环境状态,并通过高海拔环境模拟舱开展了装置适用性测试。结果表明该感知装置性能稳定,达到了设计要求,能够适用于高寒环境。 In order to ensure the safety of trackless transportation in the underground of high-altitude mines,the environmental perception technology of transportation in the underground of high-altitude mines was studied with the underground transportation environment of high-altitude mines as the research object. In view of the existing perception technology awareness means the traditional single,equipment is difficult to adapt to the low temperature low pressure environment perception,perception data downhole efficient interactive transmission difficult problems,through the theoretical analysis,selection of hardware design,software development,indoor test,based on embedded development technology,sensor technology,research and development of the LabVIEW virtual instrument technology is suitable for high altitude environment of low temperature low pressure sensing device,real time control of the underground transportation environment status,implementation and high altitude simulation cabin conducted usability testing,the results show that its performance is stable,has reached the design requirements,can be applied to the cold environment.
