钙离子对萤石和方解石浮选行为的影响及其调控方法研究 被引量:5

摘要 盐类矿物在浮选的过程中会溶解出不同的离子,这些离子通常会影响矿物的浮选。而在碳酸盐萤石的浮选中,钙离子是其常见的影响离子。通过单矿物浮选试验,考察了在pH=9的条件下,钙离子对萤石和方解石浮选行为的影响,并利用络合剂EDTA对浮选矿浆中的Ca2+进行调控。研究结果表明:当NaOL作捕收剂,TA作抑制剂时,方解石能够较好地被抑制,而萤石的浮选基本不受影响,两者可浮性差异较大;当Ca2+加入时,萤石和方解石均被强烈抑制,进而影响两者的浮选分离。加入络合剂EDTA进行调控后,钙离子对萤石浮选的影响被有效地消除,提高了萤石的回收率。Zeta电位测试分析表明,Ca2+会与矿浆中油酸根离子反应,消耗矿浆中的捕收剂,从而使萤石不能上浮,而EDTA能有效络合矿浆中的Ca2+,使得萤石能够重新上浮;Ca2+的存在基本不影响药剂在方解石表面的吸附。 The flotation of salt minerals is usually affected by the dissolved ions in the mineral flotation process. Thecalcium ion is the normal ion influent the flotation of carbonate type fluorite. The effect of calcium ions on the flotation behav-ior of fluorite and calcite was investigated by a single mineral flotation experiment at pH=9,and regulated by the complexagent EDTA. The results showed that the floatability of calcite was inhibited, while fluorite flotation was not affected using so-dium oleate and tannic acid as a collector and a depressant respectively. when Ca2+was added, both fluorite and calcite werestrongly depressed, thereby affecting the flotation separation of the two minerals. After adding the complexing agent EDTA,the effect of calcium ions on the flotation of fluorite was effectively eliminated, and the recovery rate of fluorite was improved.Zeta potential analysis showed that Ca2+could react with the oleate ions and reduce the collector concentration in the slurry,and preventing the fluorite flotation. EDTA could effectively complex Ca2+in the slurry, allowing the fluorite to re-float. Be-sides, the presence of Ca2+basically does not affect the adsorption of the agent on the surface of calcite.
