渗透树脂联合再矿化剂对釉质早期龋影响的体外研究 被引量:7

The effect of resin infiltration combined with some remineralization agents on the early enamel caries

摘要 目的:研究ICON渗透树脂和几种再矿化剂联合使用对釉质早期龋表面硬度和颜色稳定性的影响。方法:选择正畸拔除的前磨牙40颗,切割出釉质块50块后,人工脱矿液中浸泡24 h建立早期人工釉质龋模型,并随机分为5组,每组10块,按以下各组分别进行处理:(A)阴性对照组(不做任何处理)、(B)渗透树脂处理组、(C)渗透树脂+多乐氟组、(D)渗透树脂+生物活性玻璃组、(E)渗透树脂+蛋白磷酸肽-无定型磷酸钙(CPP-ACP)。测试不同处理阶段样本的表面硬度值。每组随机取样本5个,置于红酒溶液中,分别浸泡7 d、14 d、21 d后,用分光光度计测试浸泡前后的L^*、a^*、b^*值。结果:釉质早期龋经过不同表面处理后,各组的表面硬度值均有提高,C组、D组、E组的表面硬度值显著高于A组和B组,C组与D组、E组的差异有显著性差异(P<0.05),D组和E组间差异无统计学意义(P=0.69)。各组表面着色程度均随时间延长而增加,在不同的时间点各组的颜色变化比较差异无显著性(P<0.05)。结论:渗透树脂联合各种再矿化剂对提高脱矿牙釉质的表面硬度有良好的协同作用,但是对颜色的稳定性没有明显的改善。 Objective:To investigate the effect of resin infiltration combined with some remineralization agents on surface microhardness(SMH)and staining susceptibility of the early enamel caries.Methods:Forty premolars extracted for orthodontics were cut into fifty enamel blocks,and then immersed in demineralization solution to construct early enamel caries,afterward they were randomly divided into five groups(10 per group)according to different treatments.(A)negative group:treated in artificial saliva,(B)resin infiltration,(C)resin infiltration+duraphat,(D)resin infiltration+bioglass,(E)resin infiltration+casein phosphopeptideamorphous calcium phosphate(CPP-ACP).The surface microhardness were measured at different time points.Five samples from every group were randomly immersed into red wine solution for 7 days,14 days and 21 days,respectively.The L^*,a^*and b^*were measured at different time points.Results:The surface microhardness values of early enamel caries were significantly increased after different treatments,the values in group C,D,E were significantly higher than group A and B,there was significance between group C and group D,E.However,the difference between group D and group E was not significant.The discoloration of samples all increased with time,there was no significant difference between the five groups at different time points.Conclusion:The synergistic effect of resin infiltration and remineralization agents could effectively promote the surface microhardness of early demineralized enamel,but did not affect the staining susceptibility.
