摘要
介绍了顶盖制件开裂缺陷的解决措施,通过对制件缺陷现状的了解,模具生产状况及模具结构的分析,采取了增大凸模圆角、增大凹模圆角、提高压料面研合率、将急剧过渡的局部形状改为缓慢过渡形状等方法,减小了变形区变形量,解决了制件开裂伤线缺陷。模具经现场调试、整改、生产验证,制件开裂伤线下降,满足了生产的需要,确保了产品质量,达到了预期效果。
This paper mainly introduces the cracking defect solution of top cover parts.Based on the analysis of the defect status of parts,die production status and die structure principle,the methods such as increasing the round angle of punch,increasing the round angle of die,improving the grinding rate of press surface,changing the local shape of sharp transition to the shape of slow transition were adopted to reduce the deformation of deformation area and solve the crack defect of parts.After field debugging,rectification and production verification,the cracking line of the parts was reduced,which met the needs of production,ensured the product quality requirements and achieved the expected effect.
