摘要
由于全球对环境保护立法的不断完善,汽车轻量化和对高强度钢板的研究变得尤为重要。从冲压工艺和回弹控制及补偿角度方面考虑,分析并确定了合理的高强度钢板翻边工序的冲压工艺方案。
Due to the global improvement of environmental protection legislation,the research of automobile lightweight and high strength steel plate becomes particularly important.This paper analyzes and determines a reasonable stamping process plan for high strenglli sleel flanging process from the stamping process and springback control and compensation aspects.
